Also we develop a platform for collaborative "Cultural Mapping" called #MapasCulturais. There's dozens instances over Brazil towns and one national.

here localy we rather use http://maps.dewey.be but there is a working group to extend and enrich the tools and the sharing of data through maps for diverse uses
